Garnish -food or set of foods that are served as a complement to a main dish- there are so many possibilities, flavours and textures that we could spend all day talking about it, but some of them serve as an example, such as: good saut\u00e9ed vegetables, boiled, steamed or with a rich salad dressing and what do they tell me about tasty roast potatoes, crispy fries with garlic and peppers, poor-style, in delicious puree or in many other ways and chutneys, sauces, spicy foods, pickles, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are extremely lucky to be located in one of the best areas of Spain and therefore we can nourish ourselves with local products of the highest quality, both from the Valencian and Murcian communities and what to say about the rich orchard of Vega Baja to get the best seasonal products, at their optimum moment, to the delight of our valued customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, the main product of a dish is just as important as the garnish that accompanies it. For it to be a proposal worthy of being on our menu and being able to offer it to our customers, it must meet all the guarantees and quality standards that we demand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
