Now that the good weather and the heat are arriving, nothing is more appealing than a good salad to satiate us and to eat in a healthy, fresh and light<\/a><\/strong> way that allows us to continue our day to day, without feeling dejected or tired due to a heavy digestion and even more so with these temperatures that will increase as we get closer to the summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faithful to our philosophy and know-how, we develop a product-based and Mediterranean cuisine, for which we offer many possibilities that vary throughout the year according to the optimum season for harvesting the different local fruits and vegetables, choosing the best to incorporate in each of our elaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is why whenever possible, depending on the time of year, we incorporate Km.0 products, i.e. the best vegetables, fruit, pickles and fish – which we use in recipes for salad with salted, pickled or marinated fish- of the moment. Like when it is the season of the artichoke from the Vega Baja, the tomato from Muchamiel and Mazarr\u00f3n, the Mollar pomegranate from Elche, the endive, the figs from Albatera, the medlars from Callosa d’en Sarri\u00e0, the grapes from Vianlop\u00f3, persimmons, oranges, cherries from the mountains of Alicante, olives from Cieza, t\u00e1penas and capers, \u00f1ora from Guardamar and, of course, mackerel, tuna, anchovies and sardines from Torrevieja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another point to which we give maximum importance is the issue of dressings, to make each salad a special and tasty dish with which to enjoy to the maximum. For this we use the best virgin olive oils -EVOO-, where we use the Arbequina and Picual varieties, different types of honey, wine and apple vinegars, old mustard, soy, sesame oil, oranges, limes, turmeric, all types of pepper, aromatic herbs and of course, Torrevieja salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
