Because we are a hotelier family with more than 40 years of experience, in which we have acquired the know-how, the recips and knowledge of so many chefs and master paella cookers who first passed through our father’s kitchens and later through our own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paella Masters cooks who worked for us from Torrevieja, Santa Pola, Tabarca, San Pedro del Pinatar and many other locations in the Spanish Levant, who passed on their know-how to us, which has remained etched in our memory and in our recipe book, as well as by our own innovations and contributions over the years, thus obtaining that great professional background with which we have always been able to produce such good and authentic paella dishes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All this has led us to be recognized as one of the best paella restaurants and win different awards, but above all what we are most proud of is the acceptance and delight of our valued clientele every time they taste one of our paella dishes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
