Experience and vision
We are a family of hotel businessmen with more than 40 years of experience, we were part of mythical associations such as Cuina i Tertulia in the province of Alicante as we continue to be now of others.
Our specialty and what differentiates us is for our rice and for the product and Mediterranean cuisine that we develop, our seal, especially local products, Km 0, combining traditional cuisine with our own elaborations, tradition with the most avant-garde techniques. We believe in continuous training to give the best of us to our customers, is in our DNA of constant improvement.
We like to create a pleasant and propitious atmosphere for our clients to enjoy good gastronomic experiences, taking care and pampering the small details. Already as a 2nd generation we chose this magnificent enclave next to the Real Club Náutico de Torrevieja located in the heart of the city and with unbeatable views of the promenade, the bay and the marinas of Torrevieja.
We are known for our rice dishes, for our meats with Morucha from Salamanca and Avila P.I.G.P., for our bay/wild fish, as well as for our homemade pastries where you can live "unforgettable moments of pleasure" if accompanied and paired with the wines suggested by our international sommelier.
